We live in a world where people are less and less interested in church. That means you can't reach new people by advertising you have the best religious goods and services. Where did this shift come from, and what does it mean for the church today?
Primarily it means this: You weren't wrong for doing what you did before. You did those things because they worked, then. However, because of shifts in culture outside of the church, we now have to take on new practices that meet people where they are today.
